a VERY enjoyable stay
comfortable bed coffee maker breakfast buffet pedestrian walkway
the beds were comfortable and ensured restful sleep. i appreciated the keurig coffee maker in the room complete with coffee pods. the breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs bacon and fresh fruit. the enclosed pedestrian walkway provided convenient access to the harbour.
the hallway lighting was slightly dim near my room at the end of the corridor.

the staff provided immediate attention and assistance with every question. they offered prompt and helpful service at all times. the valet service was efficient i noticed.

the room included a mini bar fridge and bottled water. the wet room featured excellent beds and pillows. the linens was crisp and new. the layout felt functional.

the smaller restaurant served perfect food. gio offered an excellent dining experience. the breakfast buffet included a good assortment of sliced fresh fruit i saw. there was also good coffee.

valet parking was available at the hotel. i noticed a convenient enclosed pedestrian walkway. it allowed access to the harbour. access to scotiacentre entrance gates was very easy.

dated room electrical plugs
the location was convenient. underground parking was available, a feature i found acceptable.
the room i had was quite dated. electrical plugs did not stay in the wall properly. there were also no plugs conveniently located by the bed, inconvenient.

bottled water dry sauna dark hallway glass divider
the breakfast buffet featured ample options and reasonable prices. complimentary bottled water in my room was a nice touch, i thought. the dry sauna and pool was also a positive, especially for families with kids.
hallways seemed a little dark on my floor, specifically near my room. the shower had a half wall glass divider, this caused water to splash onto the floor continuously. i found this inconvenient as i prefer to keep the bathroom floor dry.

The hotel has an underground parking, very convenient . The location allowed easy access to key places. I especially liked the friendly and helpful doorman (he provided great local tips).

I appreciated the plentiful fruit at the breakfast buffet. I also liked the cereal selection. the scrambled eggs and eggs benedict were tasty. the parking garage was conveniently located under the hotel.
